The Data & Executive Operations Strategist serves as a key partner to leadership, combining advanced data analytics with executive-level operational and administrative support. This role is responsible for transforming business data into actionable insights while driving organizational efficiency, supporting strategic initiatives, and ensuring seamless day‑to‑day operations.

This position acts as a central hub between leadership, consulting teams, clients, and internal staff—helping to prioritize initiatives, improve processes, and deliver high-quality client service. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can manage competing priorities, anticipate needs, and support data-driven decision making across the organization.

This hybrid role blends data analytics, executive support, operations, and client coordination into one strategic position that directly impacts organizational growth, efficiency, and client experience. The Data & Executive Operations Strategist plays a critical role in helping Lee Agency make smarter decisions, streamline processes, and deliver exceptional service.

Essential Functions

Data Strategy & Analytics

  • Aggregate, analyze, and interpret business data to support decision-making and strategic initiatives
  • Develop and maintain data collection systems to improve statistical efficiency and data quality
  • Integrate data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and integrity
  • Write queries, generate reports, and build dashboards for leadership and project teams
  • Identify trends, perform root cause analysis, and recommend process improvements
  • Partner with leadership to prioritize business and information needs

Executive & Strategic Support

  • Serve as a trusted partner to leadership, supporting initiatives from planning through execution.
  • Conduct research and prepare reports, presentations, and decision-support materials
  • Track strategic projects, monitor deliverables, and ensure timely follow-through
  • Align daily activities with organizational priorities and proactively anticipate needs

Operational & Administrative Management

  • Manage calendars, communications, meetings, and scheduling coordination for leadership
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, agendas, and follow-up actions
  • Maintain organized systems for files, data, and operational processes
  • Support office operations and ensure smooth day-to-day workflow
  • Administer CRM systems and support data-driven client management processes

Consulting & Team Support

  • Support consulting teams (Risk, Nurse, HR, and affiliated groups) with coordination and data insights
  • Assist with scheduling, deliverables tracking, and project timelines
  • Prepare client-facing reports, presentations, and analytics
  • Facilitate cross-functional communication between teams and leadership

Client & Relationship Management

  • Serve as a professional point of contact for clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Build strong relationships while delivering exceptional service
  • Handle sensitive and confidential communications with discretion

Process Improvement & Projects

  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve operational efficiency

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, or related field preferred
    • Equivalent experience (5–7 years) in data analytics, operations, or executive support may be considered
  • Experience in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence
  • Experience supporting executives, leadership teams, or client-facing operations preferred
  • Background in project coordination, consulting support, or operations is a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, relational databases, and visualization tools
  • Preferred experience with NTT Software, QuickBooks, and 1099 processing
  • Basic accounting knowledge required
