Job Summary:
Merchants Bonding Company is looking for a Marketing Data Analyst to join their growing team. This role focuses on building and maintaining data pipelines and dashboards that support marketing performance and growth initiatives, while providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Build and maintain data pipelines that pull from platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, Google Analytics, LinkedIn, and paid media channels
โ€ข Implement API integrations and use scripting (Python, SQL, or similar) to automate data collection, transformation, and reporting
โ€ข Combine multiple data sources into clean, reliable datasets for analysis and reporting
โ€ข Monitor data quality and resolve discrepancies across systems
โ€ข Develop and maintain dashboards that track marketing performance across channels
โ€ข Ensure stakeholders have access to accurate, up-to-date reporting
โ€ข Track and report on key metrics such as ROI, CPA, conversion rates, and campaign performance
โ€ข Identify trends, anomalies, and performance gaps through ongoing monitoring
โ€ข Translate data into clear, actionable insights for marketing and business stakeholders
โ€ข Partner with marketing team members to define reporting needs and success metrics
