  • Create developmentally appropriate learning experiences that support cognitive, social-emotional, language, and physical development
  • Ensure curriculum aligns with The Learning Experience philosophy, current research, and best practices in early childhood education
  • Review educational content for developmental appropriateness, quality, consistency, and accuracy

Educational Content Creation
  • Write teacher guides, classroom activities, family resources, and instructional materials
  • Create engaging educational content that is practical, easy to implement, and supports classroom success
  • Develop presentations, visual resources, and curriculum support materials using Microsoft Office, Canva, Adobe InDesign, or similar design tools
  • Partner with Marketing, Operations, and Learning & Development teams to produce high-quality educational content

Research and Continuous Improvement
  • Research emerging trends and best practices in early childhood education
  • Monitor changes to early learning standards, licensing requirements, QRIS, and accreditation expectations
  • Analyze curriculum feedback and assessment data to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Participate in curriculum reviews, pilot programs, and educational innovation projects

Teacher Support
  • Help develop implementation guides and classroom resources that support teacher success
  • Assist with virtual and in-person professional development initiatives
  • Provide educational expertise to support curriculum implementation across TLE centers

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Curriculum & Instruction, or a related field required

  • Experience as an Infant, Toddler, Preschool, or Pre-K teacher highly preferred
  • Elementary Education experience will be considered; however, experience with children ages 0-5 is strongly preferred due to the developmental focus of this role
  • Excellent writing, editing, grammar, and communication skills
  • Strong creativity with the ability to develop engaging educational content and classroom materials
  • Experience creating documents, presentations, and instructional resources using Microsoft Office; Canva or Adobe InDesign experience is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of child assessment tools and early learning standards
  • Familiarity with NAEYC, QRIS, ECERS, ITERS, CLASS, or similar quality frameworks
  • Experience supporting curriculum implementation or teacher training
  • Passion for creating exceptional learning experiences for young children

Why Join The Learning Experience

  • Opportunity to influence curriculum used in childcare centers across the country
  • Collaborative, creative, and mission-driven work environment

  • Make a lasting impact on the education and development of children during their most important learning years

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
The Learning Experience
At The Learning Experience, we make early education joyful, engaging and fun so children are happy to learn, play and grow
Our curriculum focuses on the six ages and stages of early childhood development and engages children in hands-on learning activities that encourage them to explore and solve problems at their own rate of development. This forms a foundation for kids to Learn, Play and Grow under the care of our nurturing teachers and staff.
At TLE®, we've created a full cast of characters that become our little learners' educators, partners and friends through their preschool education journey. Each character has a unique personality and area of interest and brings learning to life by allowing children to explore the world through fun and imagination.
