As an Assistant Cultivator, your daily tasks often include monitoring plant health, assisting with irrigation and nutrient delivery, pruning and training plants, and maintaining cleanliness in grow areas. You may also help with transplanting seedlings and recording growth data to ensure optimal cultivation conditions. Collaboration with senior cultivators and other team members is common, especially when troubleshooting issues or during harvest periods. This hands-on role requires attention to detail and the ability to follow strict protocols for plant care and facility hygiene.

What are Assistant Cultivators?
