The Role

IMG Licensing is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Manager to support reporting, systems, contract administration, and cross-functional coordination across a dynamic portfolio of licensing programs. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong operator who enjoys working at the intersection of business operations, finance, systems, and client support in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What you'll do:

  • Prepare and maintain business, pipeline, and performance reporting for internal stakeholders and clients.

  • Manage deal tracking and contract-related administration, including documentation collection, system updates, and coordination with legal, operations, and business development teams.

  • Maintain accurate client, deal, and royalty reporting data across internal systems and document repositories.

  • Coordinate with licensees and internal teams on approvals, reporting requirements, legal documentation, and operational follow-up.

  • Support process improvement initiatives and partner with operations leadership and IT teams to enhance workflows and reporting tools.

What we're looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience in licensing operations, business operations, contract administration, financial reporting support, or a similar role.

  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, linked workbooks, charts, and data analysis.

  • Experience with CRM, contract management, royalty reporting, or similar enterprise systems.

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, operations, marketing, or a related field preferred.

This role is well suited to a proactive, dependable professional who can balance detailed execution with strong operational judgment and a service-oriented mindset.

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the rate shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. The company strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Rate Minimum:

$75,000 annually (minimum will not fall below the applicable state/local minimum salary thresholds)

Hiring Rate Maximum:
