Administrative Assistant – Corporate Services
Location: South Bend, IN
Property: JSK Hospitality Corporate Office
Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Corporate Services team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills, excellent phone etiquette, and solid proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite. This role provides essential administrative support for corporate hospitality operations across our growing portfolio of hotels in Northern Indiana and Kentucky, ensuring the Corporate team can effectively serve our properties and guests.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the Corporate Services team
  • Answer, screen, and direct multi-line phone calls with professional hospitality etiquette
  • Support corporate hospitality services including property coordination, vendor communication, and inter-property initiatives
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and coordinate meeting logistics
  • Perform data entry, maintain electronic and paper filing systems, and handle correspondence
  • Prepare reports, presentations, letters, and other documents using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Assist with record-keeping, onboarding support, and general office organization
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and support special projects as assigned
Qualifications
  • Previous administrative, clerical, or office support experience preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent phone etiquette and professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Reliable, professional demeanor with a service-oriented attitude suitable for a hospitality environment.
