Description
The coordinator would take ownership of recurring work, including:
• Policy updates and document formatting, including drafting support, version control, and prep for review
• SOAP reporting
• Accounts payable, invoicing, and expense processing
• Calendar and meeting scheduling
• Event and meeting planning
• Research and information gathering to support decisions
• General administrative support that keeps the division moving
• Budget management and updates
Requirements
Experience and Knowledge:
  • Minimum two years administrative experience (executive experience preferred) that required good decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to create and prepare professional and accurate business documents.
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Basic knowledge of Credit Union products and services, features, and benefits.

Education:
  • Two-year college degree in general business or equivalent combination of relevant education, training, and experience may be substituted for a degree.

Interpersonal Skills:
  • Possesses exceptional interpersonal skills as demonstrated by situational awareness, conflict resolution, and continuous improvement.
  • Able to interact effectively with members, staff, all levels of management, board members and volunteers.
