Location: Administration Building 107 Report to: the controller and assistant controller Hours: 10-20 hours/week
Period of Agreement: School Year
Purpose: Provide clerical duties and filing services to the controller and assistant controller.
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Posting of journal vouchers
  • Other projects assigned by the Associate Controller and Controller.

Job Specifications:
Education: High school diploma or GED. Graduate student preferred
Experience: None required, will train.
Skills: Filing accuracy, typing skills.
Physical/Mental Demands: Regular office work environment. Physical labor is minimal.
