CFS has partnered with a manufacturing company in seeking an experienced Assistant Controller to support and advance their accounting operations in Walpole, MA. This individual will play a key role in strengthening processes, improving SOPs, and ensuring accurate, timely financial reporting.

Assistant Controller Key Responsibilities
  • Lead core accounting functions: journal entries, reconciliations, close activities, and financial reporting support.
  • Develop, enhance, and document SOPs to improve efficiency across the accounting function.
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams to maintain accurate financial data.
  • Support audits and prepare required schedules and documentation.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
