Help Shape the Future of Modern Mobility

Role Overview

  • The Content Creator & Social Media Specialist is responsible for bringing the Travelpro brand to life through compelling content, engaging storytelling, and meaningful customer interactions. • Success in the first 6-12 months includes increasing content velocity through effective use of AI-powered tools, improving social engagement, strengthening organic reach, and building a more consistent and compelling brand voice across touchpoints.
  • By bringing the Travelpro brand to life through compelling storytelling and authentic content, this role helps increase visibility, build customer connection, and support growth across owned, earned, and social channels.
  • This role partners closely with Product, Ecommerce, CRM, Creative, Retail, Amazon, and agency partners to create content that inspires travelers and drives business results.

What You'll Do

  • Create engaging social-first content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
  • Capture authentic photo and video content using mobile devices and lightweight production tools in the office, at events, in retail environments, airports, and travel destinations.
  • Write compelling copy for social media, emails, blogs, landing pages, product launches, and marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain blog, editorial, and SEO-focused content that supports organic traffic growth, product education, and brand storytelling.
  • Partner with Ecommerce, Product, and Marketing teams to create search-optimized content that improves discoverability and product consideration.
  • Manage day-to-day social publishing and scheduling through Sprout Social and other content management platforms.
  • Monitor community engagement, respond to comments and messages, and help foster meaningful customer conversations.
  • Collaborate with Creative partners to develop content assets that support campaign, brand, and product priorities.
  • Identify social trends, cultural moments, creator opportunities, and emerging content formats that strengthen brand relevance.
  • Support influencer programs through content coordination, content collection, and campaign execution activities.
  • Assist with content and social performance reporting and provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Maintain a consistent and distinctive Travelpro brand voice across all customer-facing channels.

What It Takes

  • 2-3 years of experience creating content and managing social media for consumer brands.
  • Experience writing marketing, editorial, social, and ecommerce content.
  • Demonstrated ability to create engaging photo and video content for social platforms.
  • Experience creating SEO-informed content and an understanding of keyword research, search intent, and content optimization best practices.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered content and productivity tools (e.g., generative AI for copy, visuals, video, and insights) and ability to leverage them to increase content velocity, optimize performance, and enhance creativity.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with creative, marketing, ecommerce, and agency partners.

Capabilities

  • Creative storyteller with strong writing, editing, and content creation skills.
  • Strong execution mindset with the ability to move quickly and produce high-quality work.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Data-informed approach to content optimization and audience engagement.
  • AI-enabled creator mindset, leveraging emerging tools to accelerate ideation, streamline workflows, and continuously improve content quality and efficiency.
  • Naturally curious about culture, travel, consumer behavior, and emerging social trends.

Why this role matters

  • Travelpro's growth depends on our ability to consistently deliver compelling brand stories, product launches, and customer experiences across an increasingly complex marketing ecosystem.
  • This role helps humanize the brand by creating authentic stories, engaging with customers, and showing how Travelpro products fit into real travel experiences.
  • Success in this role will strengthen brand relevance and boost us to the #1 or #2position in social media, increase audience engagement, support organic growth, and create a more consistent and compelling presence across every channel where consumers discover and interact with Travelpro.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with social media management platforms such as Sprout Social.
  • Experience with content management systems and SEO best practices.
  • Proficiency creating content using mobile devices, social editing tools, and creative software.
