Job description

Maintenance Worker

We are looking for a motivated, positive person with general handyman skills to perform general maintenance duties for our 212-unit condominium complex conveniently located in Stoughton. Must be organized, dependable, able to communicate respectfully with residents and our property manager, and can work both independently and as a member of a team. You will report to our property manager who will provide training opportunities in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities vary as needed and include:

Most work is outside

· Maintain clean appearance of the grounds

· Painting, minor repairs of garage doors, brickwork, stone walls, etc.

· Watering and planting shrubs and grass, garden maintenance

· Assist with snow removal

· Secure supplies as needed and keep storage area neat and organized

· Preparation of weekly reports
