Job description

The Ground Maintenance professional will provide comprehensive upkeep for residential condominium property, focusing on enhancing curb appeal and ensuring a clean, well-maintained environment. This role is ideal for individuals comfortable working independently using a range of power and hand tools to perform various maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Pressure washing residential surfaces to remove dirt and grime
  • Perform painting tasks for small-scale projects around the property
  • Conduct minor repairs and general upkeep to maintain property quality
  • Maintain and service equipment to ensure functionality and safety
  • Support landscaping efforts such as trimming and lawn care
  • Remove debris and waste to keep properties tidy
