Job description

Job Summary

The Facilities Maintenance technician, under the direction and supervision of the Chief Engineer, is responsible for maintaining and correcting deficiencies and common areas within the association described below.

Qualifications:

·         Basic knowledge of or experience working on a high-rise condominium Association. If possible

·         Repair or replace pullies and bearings

·         Inspect water source heat pumps/ AC units

·         Experience as a maintenance technician. Prefer a High-rise building. High High-rise mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC experience is desired.

Customer Service:

·         Be a team player and contribute to an enjoyable, productive, and Safe work environment

·         Assist team members with tasks not strictly director or related to the job description

·         Maintain a level of standard of customer service set by the employer and the General Manager

·         Be available for overtime and when the job requires to do so

·         Complete projects and meet deadlines.

Requirements:

·         Successfully pass a pre-employment background check

·         Strong customer service skills
