Job Summary
We are seeking a hard-working and reliable Valet to join our team. As a Valet, you will primarily assist our residents and guests by carefully parking and retrieving their vehicles. Your responsibilities will also include warmly greeting residents and guests as they arrive, loading and unloading luggage, groceries, packages, etc. directing traffic, and safely operating a variety of vehicles with both manual and automatic transmissions. The ideal candidate is friendly, outgoing, and service-oriented! 
Responsibilities: 
  • Safely direct the flow of traffic entering and exiting the parking area
  • Assist residents and guests with their packages, groceries, luggage
  • Answer general inquiries regarding the community, amenities and protocols
  • Maintain an organized key tracking system
  • Follow all traffic laws while parking vehicles in designated areas
  • Carefully document vehicle and guest transactions
  • Perform cursory vehicle inspection and carefully document any anomalies 
Qualifications
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Ability to work in the United States
  • Ability to communicate in English
  • Previous work experience as a Valet or similar role
  • Able to drive a vehicle with a manual transmission
  • Neat and clean appearance
  • Friendly and courteous
