At CMGT, we partner with HOA Boards to strengthen communities and protect property values through exceptional service. We're looking for an experienced Community Association Manager (CAM) to serve a premier onsite community in Baton Rouge. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader, skilled communicator, and trusted resource who is committed to creating positive experiences for residents while supporting the long-term success of the community. Guided by our values toCommit, Communicate, and Care, you'll play a key role in helping the community thrive.


The Details:

  • Monday-Friday
  • 8-hour shifts
  • $65,000 per year


What You'll Do:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations
  • Oversee work orders, vendor coordination, and community communications
  • Enforce community rules and support homeowners professionally and empathetically
  • Maintain the financial health of the association by tracking budgets, reviewing invoices, and preparing financial reports
  • Lead meetings, facilitate new board orientations, and proactively resolve issues before they escalate
  • Oversee a team of direct reports
