Job Title: Client Care Coordinator
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary Range: $48k-$55k

Job Summary                            

STEPS Behavioral Health is an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy company comprised of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Behavior Technicians, and a dedicated administrative team working together to provide high-quality ABA therapy services for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). We also support families through social work services to help navigate the challenges of raising a child with a disability.

The Client Success Specialist serves as the primary administrative point of contact for clients, ensuring the successful delivery and coordination of services. This role is responsible for managing client enrollment status, maintaining accurate documentation, communicating service and staffing updates, and supporting quality assurance initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, self-motivated, and able to communicate professionally with clients and internal teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Services Coordination

Serve as the administrative point of contact for clients to support service delivery and overall client satisfaction.

Communicate with clients regarding service updates, staffing changes, and program expectations.

Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures related to client services.

Documentation & Systems Management

Track, update, and maintain accurate client documentation within company systems.

Support timely completion and organization of client records and required compliance documentation.

Update internal databases and company-wide systems to ensure accurate reporting and coordination.

Quality Assurance & Client Experience

Conduct quality assurance calls to monitor client satisfaction and service effectiveness.

Identify and escalate concerns or service gaps to appropriate internal teams.

Support continuous improvement initiatives related to client experience and service delivery.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with the Insurance Liaison, Staffing Coordinator, and clinical teams to ensure coordinated service delivery.

Assist with administrative support needs related to client onboarding, service changes, and communication.

Required Qualifications

Associate’s Degree

Minimum of 2 years of administrative or office experience

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

Meticulous attention to detail

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
