Behavior Technician - Part-Time

Location: Avon, CO

About Us: Founded in 2008, STEPS Behavioral Health is committed to helping families and individuals with Autism and Developmental Disabilities achieve their goals. We specialize in using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to guide learning and behavioral interventions.

Job Summary:

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Behavior Technician to join our team! As a tech with STEPS Behavioral Health, you will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic, implementing treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will also collect and document data on client progress, collaborate with families and team members, and maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic

  • Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

  • Collect and document data on client progress

  • Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success

  • Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions

Compensation and Schedule:

  • Pay Range: $23- $26/hour ($27-$30 with RBT certification)

  • Shifts: Daytime and Evening

  • Part-Time with Full Time opportunities available

  • Location: Avon, CO

Requirements:

  • Must have or be willing to obtain your RBT Certification

  • Previous experience with children

  • Ability to pass background check

  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
