Key Responsibilities

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and a therapeutic connection with clients remotely.
  • Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and understanding toward clients' diverse experiences and challenges.
  • Strong organizational and time-management capabilities to effectively manage session schedules and maintain thorough documentation.

  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems or telehealth software.
  • Specializations or certifications in particular therapy modalities that cater to specific populations or issues.
