Are you creative, confident on camera, and passionate about social media, branding, and storytelling?
Dick Smith Ford of Columbia is looking for a high-energy Content & Brand Specialist to help showcase our inventory, promote our team, and elevate our dealership's digital presence.
This is not a traditional behind-the-scenes marketing role. We're looking for someone who is comfortable being on camera, creating engaging daily content, and helping us connect with customers in authentic, impactful ways.
If you love social media, enjoy creating videos, and thrive in a fast-paced environment-this could be the perfect opportunity.
Responsibilities
Content Creation & Social Media
  • Create engaging daily video and photo content featuring dealership inventory, promotions, customer deliveries, and staff highlights
  • Produce short-form video content for:
    • Facebook
    • Instagram Reels
    • YouTube Shorts
    • TikTok (if applicable)
  • Maintain consistent brand voice and dealership image across platforms
  • Capture trending, engaging content ideas relevant to automotive retail
Team & Brand Promotion
  • Highlight dealership staff to build trust and community awareness
  • Create salesperson spotlight content and dealership culture content
  • Support customer testimonial and delivery moment content
Inventory Marketing
  • Feature priority inventory including trucks, SUVs, certified pre-owned vehicles, and fresh trades
  • Assist in showcasing aged inventory through creative content
  • Work with leadership to align content with sales goals and promotions
Website & Digital Support
  • Assist with website merchandising and featured inventory promotion
  • Support photo/video asset creation for online inventory presentation
  • Help identify digital opportunities to improve customer engagement
Qualifications
  • Comfortable and confident on camera
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Social media content creation experience
  • Experience with:
    • Instagram
    • Facebook
    • YouTube Shorts
    • TikTok
  • Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Express, etc.)
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and highly organized
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Automotive experience preferred but not required
  • Marketing, branding, content creation, or social media background
  • Sales or customer-facing experience is a plus
