Join the Amy Downs Team as a Buyers Agent and play a key role in assisting clients in Sulphur Springs and surrounding areas. We seek a motivated, client-focused professional who can skillfully guide homebuyers through each step of their real estate process. Responsibilities
  • Assist clients in identifying and purchasing residential properties that meet their needs and budget
  • Conduct market research and provide clients with up-to-date information on available properties and market trends
  • Schedule and conduct property showings, highlighting key features and benefits to potential buyers
  • Negotiate purchase offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients to secure favorable terms
