Job Summary
The Cornerstone Home Group, in partnership with eXp Realty and powered by PLACE, is seeking a Real Estate Showing Assistant in Mason, USA. You will schedule and lead property tours while providing clients with knowledgeable, attentive, and professional support throughout the home-buying process.
This role offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced real estate professionals in a collaborative, high-energy environment and play an important part in helping clients discover the right home. If you are organized, personable, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about real estate, we welcome you to join our committed team.
Responsibilities
  • Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings, and Partner Call
  • Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
  • Write and negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers
  • Track activities and clients with PLACE Technology
