Position Summary

The Business Development Manager supports execution of growth initiatives by managing outreach, CRM systems, lead tracking, and relationship development with a strong focus on AI-enhanced prospecting and automation.

Position Details
  • Location: Northbrook, IL
  • Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday on-site.
  • Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage CRM pipeline and lead tracking systems
  • Conduct outreach and relationship development activities
  • Support referral and partnership engagement
  • Track conversion and performance metricsAssist in proposal and pitch development
  • Maintain business development reporting dashboards
AI & Automation Requirement
  • Must use AI tools for lead generation and prospecting
  • Responsible for automating CRM updates and pipeline tracking
