Job Description Summary
Under close supervision, this position is responsible for washing and detailing equipment to company standards. This position has the possibility to work outdoors, in the elements, or across multiple shifts including nights and/or weekends in addition to overtime; it requires full-time attendance.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
  • Wash and detail tractor and trailing equipment
  • Observe all Company safety requirements
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Assist with the maintenance of labeling and inventory of supplies
  • Transport materials, equipment, or supplies to or from work areas utilizing carts
  • Sweep, shovel, or vacuum loose debris or salvageable scrap into containers and remove containers from work areas
  • Inspect parts, equipment, or vehicles for cleanliness and minor damage
  • Clean and polish vehicle windows
  • Follow company regulations for standard practice of sanitization of vehicles, both in and outside of the cab
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Perform safety checks on vehicles to ensure they meet Company standards including lock out keys and shop/chock blocks

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualification:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent; ability to work outdoors, in the elements, or across multiple shifts including nights and/or weekends if needed.. Preferred Qualification: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) with up to 1 year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience and Valid Driver's License
  • Ability to exercise discretion

Compensation:
Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include skills, education, experience, geography, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position may be eligible for annual bonus and incentives based on profitability or volumes in accordance with the terms of the Company's bonus and incentive plans, as applicable and in effect from time to time.
