RESPONSIBILITIES
To assist in the administration of managed properties in
accordance with policies, procedures and guidelines.
To provide backup responsibilities for Business Managers
during their times of absence.
To assist in direct support and supervision of:
• Construction
• Cleaning
• Engineering
• Utilities
• Security
• Building Maintenance
• Elevator Service Contracts
To assist in administrative areas such as:
• Tenant Relations
• Rent Collection
• Monthly Reports
• Preventative Maintenance Programs
• Answering Phones
• Budget Preparation
• Escalation Reconciliation
• Insurance Requirements (Vendor and Tenant)
• Filing
• General Administrative Tasks and all other duties assigned by Supervisor
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS
• Skilled in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel software.
• Skilled in Adobe products is beneficial.
• Must work well under pressure and independently.
• Ability to be creative and flexible in order to meet deadlines
while working with changing priorities.
• Excellent organizational abilities.
• Strong proofreading and editing skills.
• Excellent business vocabulary, grammar, and effective
communication skills.
• Ability to maintain discretion regarding personnel and
industry-related matters.
• Must be detail oriented to ensure accurate deliverables, and
able to take initiative to meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work beyond the scope of normal business
hours if and when special situations and/or urgent deadlines
necessitate.
Physical Responsibilities:
• Must be able to walk buildings and tenant spaces
• Must be able to climb stairs and ladders
• Must be able to lift 15 - 30 pounds
