Description:

Westward360 is looking to add a Building Inspector to join our growing team! The Building Inspector will be responsible for performing property inspections across all buildings in the portfolio, and documenting building assets as well as identifying potential maintenance issues.


Westward360 is a leader in the Property Management industry, with locations across the map. We service condo, townhome, and homeowner associations, and provide rental management services to multi-family, single-unit, and co-op properties.

What youโ€™ll do:

  • Maintain and follow inspection schedules ensuring consistency.
  • Document building assets.
  • Manage key/access issues, identify and fix key or access deficiencies that are observed.
  • Utilize inspection software to document and compile inspection reports.
  • Provide detailed reports to key stakeholders.
  • Identify potential maintenance issues and report to the maintenance team.
  • Assist lead inspector with maintaining inspection schedule.
  • Perform procedural tasks onsite including but not limited to collecting and delivering key materials

What youโ€™ll need:

  • 2+ years of experience in homeowner association management/maintenance, or equivalent
  • Valid driverโ€™s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Tech savvy, usage of laptop/tablet and management software
