Fabuwood is seeking a Brand Leader to own and protect the Fabuwood brand across every customer touchpoint. This role is the central point of accountability for brand integrity, ensuring every asset, campaign, and public-facing moment reflects a consistent, compelling, and on-strategy Fabuwood identity.

The Brand Leader will report to the VP of Marketing and lead a team of graphic designers & content developers.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Brand Ownership & Consistency

  • Develop, maintain, and evolve Fabuwood's brand guidelines, including visual identity, tone of voice, and usage standards.
  • Serve as the authority on brand application across all departments, agencies, and partners.
  • Audit brand presence across all channels — digital, print, retail, showrooms, and customer-facing materials — to ensure consistent execution.
  • Establish review and approval processes for all content.
  • Act as the go-to resource for teams across the organization seeking brand guidance.
  • Build, organize, and maintain a centralized library of brand and creative assets for use across the organization and by partners/dealers.

Creative

  • Key stakeholder in the creative production process from concept to final asset, ensuring quality and consistency across all deliverables.
  • Manage relationships with photographers, videographers, and production vendors.
  • Ensure all visual content aligns with brand standards and elevates the Fabuwood aesthetic.
  • Own and evolve Fabuwood's core messaging framework, value proposition, and market positioning.
  • Ensure messaging is consistently applied across marketing, sales, and communications materials.
  • Partner with leadership to refine positioning as the business and market evolve.
  • Support and help shape Fabuwood's public relations strategy, including media relationships, press opportunities, and thought leadership.
  • Monitor brand sentiment and reputation across public channels, addressing risks or opportunities.

Ratings & Reviews

  • Own the strategy for monitoring and improving Fabuwood's ratings and reviews across relevant platforms.
  • Develop processes to encourage positive customer feedback and respond to negative reviews in a way that protects brand reputation.
  • Report on trends and insights to inform broader brand and customer experience strategy.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, and creative direction
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, messaging, and positioning.
  • Experience with reputation management and PR
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a sharp eye for visual and written consistency.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence teams outside of direct reporting lines.
