We are looking for a Chinese Speaking Full Time Bookkeeper to maintain our financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts and payments. include working closely with our team to create and analyze financial reports. Ultimately, the Bookkeeper's responsibilities are to accurately record all day-to-day financial transactions of our company. Chinese Reading and Writing Required!

Responsibilities

  • Recording and monitoring financial transactions.
  • Preparing, processing, and maintaining financial records and supporting documentation.
  • Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
  • Reviewing and verifying accounting records for accuracy and completeness.
  • Reconciling bank accounts, general ledger accounts, and other company accounts.
  • Assisting with tax filings, payments, and related documentation as needed.
  • Collaborating with staff and other team members as required.
  • Performing month-end closing activities and assisting with financial reporting.
  • Providing backup support for the warehouse bookkeeper, including cash handling, check processing, and related accounting duties, as needed.
  • Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
