  • Protect confidential and sensitive information while using good judgment about what should be communicated and to whom.
  • Provide support for special projects and organizational initiatives.
  • Help strengthen communication and collaboration among leaders and teams.
  • Build positive working relationships with residents, team members, leaders, and organizational partners.
  • Look for thoughtful ways to improve processes, organization, and efficiency.
  • Provide additional support to Greencroft Communities as needs and priorities evolve.
  • Reflect Greencroft's mission and CROFT values of Creativity, Respect, Openness, Fairness, and Teamwork in your daily work.

  • Confidence managing multiple priorities, changing needs, and important details.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications and the ability to work comfortably across multiple software systems.
  • Clear, polished written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong proofreading and editing skills; copy-editing experience is preferred.
  • Professional telephone and customer-service skills.
  • Discretion and sound judgment when working with confidential information.
  • The initiative to anticipate needs and move work forward with minimal direction.
