If you’re an energetic, detail-oriented professional who loves helping people and thrives in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to have you on our team as an Experienced Appointment Coordinator in our Service Department.


What You’ll Do:

As an Appointment Coordinator, you’ll be the friendly voice and helpful guide for our guests - ensuring every service visit starts and ends with a great experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers over the phone, email, and text — scheduling service appointments efficiently and accurately

  • Help customers identify their service needs and explain maintenance recommendations

  • Learn and master our scheduling system to ensure the Service Department runs smoothly

  • Make follow-up calls after service visits to ensure satisfaction and encourage return business

  • Conduct follow-ups on declined services to help customers take care of their vehicles and generate additional sales opportunities

  • Support the Service Manager with additional administrative and customer service tasks as needed


What We’re Looking For:
  • Prior experience in appointment scheduling or a customer service role (automotive experience a plus!)

  • Excellent communication and people skills — you enjoy talking to customers and solving problems

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a busy environment

  • Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly

  • A professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
