Vehicle Redemption Coordinator (Auto Auction)
Growing auction company! Vehicle Redemption Coordinator opening!
This position is responsible for facilitating the return of repossessed vehicles back to debtors after their financial institution has processed the release of the vehicle. The Redemption Clerk exhibits superior customer service at all times.

Responsibilities for Vehicle Redemption Coordinator
  • Be in communication with both the financial institutions and debtors regarding the accounts.
  • Required to schedule appointments with debtors.
  • Assist debtors through the redemption of their vehicle, making sure proper documentation is signed and the vehicles are invoiced appropriately.
  • The position requires both inside office work and work outside on the lot.
  • Redemption appointments will involve prepping the vehicle (putting air in the tires, jumping the vehicle to start it if needed, scraping off the stickers/writing, making sure all personal items are placed back into the vehicle, putting the license plate onto the vehicle) and pulling the vehicle out to the debtors.
  • Occasionally removing personals from vehicles.
  • Performs other duties as necessary.

Work Hours for Vehicle Redemption Coordinator
  • Monday - Friday
  • 7:30AM - 4:00PM
  • No nights or weekends
  • Some overtime available with OT pay

Requirements
Requirements for Vehicle Redemption Coordinator
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to perform clerical and administrative work correctly
  • Organized self-starter, highly motivated to achieve
  • Strong customer service skills a must
  • Ability to solve/resolve issues
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills including email
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently, bi-lingual is a plus
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Valid driver's license required
