Job description

The primary focus of this position will be to transport units to and from the auction in a safe and effective manner. Areas of responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Assist the lot personnel in identifying units
  • Assist in arranging sale number changes
  • Coordinate with the search van in finding units off spot
  • Responsible for dealer plate used for pick-up and delivery of units
  • Responsible for the unit being picked up or delivered. For example: oil, water, tire pressure and fuel levels.
  • Responsible to report any issues with the unit being picked-up or delivered to the lead driver
  • Drive the most direct route as instructed by the lead driver
  • Use the phone to report any unsafe conditions to the lead driver
  • Ensure the dealership account number is displayed on the windshield
