Job description

As Content Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the Director of Brand Marketing & Strategic Partnerships for primarily Ballard Designs. Your primary focus will be on video and audio production, podcast creation, and content development. You will manage technical aspects of video editing, audio engineering, and production workflows, while also contributing to writing and copy needs for campaigns and brand storytelling. This role is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented professional with strong technical skills and a passion for multimedia content.

Video Production & Editing:Manage video production and editing for brand campaigns, product launches, and storytelling initiatives. Ensure high-quality, engaging content aligned with brand standards.

Audio Production & Technical Support:Oversee audio recording, editing, and engineering for podcasts, video content, and other brand assets. Maintain technical quality and troubleshoot issues.

Podcast Production:Support the creation, editing, and publishing of podcasts. Coordinate logistics, manage production schedules, and ensure seamless delivery.

Content Development & Writing:Assist with writing, editing, and proofreading copy for video scripts, podcasts, and other content. Ensure messaging is clear, compelling, and consistent with brand voice.

Content Production Support:Provide operational and technical support for content shoots, recordings, and live events. Manage equipment, set up production spaces, and assist with logistics.
