Position Summary
As an Assistant Manager at Thacher Restaurant Group, you'll partner with the General Manager to lead restaurant operations, develop team members, and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You'll help build a high-performing team by coaching leaders, maintaining operational excellence, and creating a culture built on accountability, teamwork, and growth.
