Job Description Accountant/CPA Assistant Key Responsibilities Financial Management Work with leadership on strategic planning and decision-making. Provide insights into cost control and operational efficiency. Accounting and Compliance Manage accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations.

Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards. Real Estate Expertise Oversee property management accounting, including CAM (common area maintenance) reconciliations. Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

CPA preferred. Experience Minimum of 3-5 years in accounting or financial leadership, with a preference for experience in commercial real estate or property management. Skills Advanced knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Yardi, AppFolio)

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling. Strong communication and organizational skills. Character Traits Detail-oriented, strategic thinker, and collaborative team player.
