Join Our Team as a Bilingual Leasing Consultant!


Certified Apartment Staffing is seeking experienced Bilingual Leasing Consultants (English/Spanish) for multiple apartment communities throughout the Houston, TX area. If you have a passion for customer service, enjoy helping people find their next home, and have experience using ResMan and AppFolio, we'd love to hear from you!


Responsibilities:


Greet prospective residents and provide exceptional customer service.

Conduct apartment tours and showcase community amenities.

Process rental applications, lease agreements, and renewals.

Respond to phone calls, emails, and online leasing inquiries.

Maintain accurate prospect and resident records.

Assist with resident retention and lease renewals.

Coordinate move-ins and provide a seamless leasing experience.

Support the property management team with administrative tasks as needed.


Qualifications:


Fluent in both English and Spanish (required).

1–3 years of multifamily leasing experience required.

Experience using ResMan and AppFolio is required.

Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills.

Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Weekend availability is preferred.
