Job description

POSITION OVERVIEW The Facilities Engineer will ensure AMARG facilities remain mission-ready by planning, designing, and overseeing projects that sustain and modernize infrastructure. From shop layouts and reliability assessments to renovations and new construction, this role provides technical expertise that strengthens operational resilience and supports long-term Air Force readiness. Job Responsibilities: * Support facility projects, including repairs, alterations, new construction, and equipment installation. * Develop and review technical documentation such as Statements of Work (SOW) and facility specifications. * Perform assessments of facility deficiencies and recommend corrective actions. * Assist with reliability management, preventive maintenance analysis, and project milestone reporting. * Provide OJT and technical expertise during facility project execution. Required Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline. * Minimum of three (3) years of civil engineering experience. * Ability to assess facility requirements and develop project documentation. * Active Secret Security Clearance.
