Responsibilities
  • Scheduling for all Load In and Load Out
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Assist with payroll and time clock functions
  • Create purchase orders and work orders for warehouse operations.
  • Manage agendas/appointments
  • Oversee all Load Out/Load In of all orders.
  • Check for damaged or missing items upon return and update inventory accordingly.
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Create and update records and databases related to inventory
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or General Educational Diploma (GED)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Including Word, Excel, Teams)
  • Previous Administrative Experience preferred
