Sales Administrator / Executive Assistant

Location: 5615 W Fuqua Street, Houston, TX 77085Compensation: $22-$24 per hour

Job Summary

The Sales Administrator / Executive Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the Sales Department and company leadership. This position plays an important role in helping the sales team stay organized, responsive, and focused on customers and business development.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, professional, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role will assist with sales documentation, customer communication, scheduling, reporting, meeting coordination, and general executive administrative support.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Administration
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Sales Department.
  • Assist sales representatives and management with customer requests, documentation, reports, and follow-up activities.
  • Maintain accurate customer, project, and sales-related records.
  • Assist with preparing sales reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and other supporting documents.
  • Track outstanding items, follow-ups, deadlines, and action items for the sales team.
  • Assist with entering, updating, and maintaining sales and customer information within company systems.
  • Help ensure sales documentation is complete, organized, and properly maintained.
  • Coordinate information between Sales, Estimating, Operations, Production, Accounting, and other departments as needed.
  • Assist with customer inquiries and direct requests to the appropriate sales representative or department.
  • Support the sales team with administrative activities related to active customers, prospects, and projects.
Executive & Management Support
  • Provide administrative support to executives and members of the leadership team as needed.

QualificationsEducation

  • Experience supporting a sales team or company executives is preferred.
  • Experience within the manufacturing, construction, building materials, windows and doors, or related industries is a plus.
