MISSION OF THE POSITION

The mission of Inside Sales Support Administrator provides critical administrative and operational support to the sales team. This role ensures smooth sales processes, maintains accurate records, and delivers excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders The Inside Sales Support Administrator will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and support the company’s overall sales strategy.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  1. Sales and Services Order Processing - Enter and manage sales and service orders in Acumatica system on behalf of the outside sales team. Track order status and coordinate with dispatch and warehouse to ensure timely delivery.
  2. Sales and Customer Support - Respond to outside sales and customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. Provide product information, pricing, and availability. Prepare quotes and proposals. Assist with lead generation and qualification. Schedule internal meetings and follow-ups for outside sales representatives.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with prospects and existing customers. Use Acumatica/CRM tools to track interactions, follow-ups, and sales and service pipeline progress.
  4. Quoting - Prepare and send quotes or proposals on behalf of sales team as needed or required.
  5. Collaboration - Work closely with outside sales team to align strategies and share insights. Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
  6. Data Management - Maintain accurate customer sales and service records. Generate regular sales reports as needed or required
  7. Administration - Assist with administrative duties as needed (e.g., setting up customers, managing contracts, processing orders, coordinating with the dispatch and service teams).
  8. Warranty – Assist with warranty claims per the Company Policy and Procedure as needed
  9. Perform all other duties as assigned.
