Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactiveย Receptionistย / Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and office support in ourย East Peoriaย location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily front-office operations, organizing meetings, preparing documents, and ensuring smooth information flow across the team. This role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
