Job Functions:
  • Customer service and sales support functions.
  • Schedule orders and route them appropriately.
  • Oversee inventory and Invoice for jobs as completed.
  • Work with quality and work to create efficient work flow in all areas.
  • All other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, or related role.
  • Effective communication skills across phone, email, and in‑person interactions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a team‑oriented mindset, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
