We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Controller to support our finance department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and a collaborative mindset. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with the Controller and contribute to the overall financial health of our organization and our non-profit organization.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
  • Associate’s degree in accounting or finance from an accredited educational institution. (minimum)
  • 3+ years of accounting experience, ideally in a corporate environment
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
  • Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
