Job description

A busy executive in Palm Coast is seeking a dependable, organized, and proactive part-time Personal Assistant to provide administrative and personal support. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day, takes initiative, and can help keep both personal and professional matters organized and running smoothly. Must have previous experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.


Responsibilities:

• Calendar management and appointment scheduling
• Running errands and personal shopping
• Coordinating vendors, deliveries, and service appointments
• Online ordering and household inventory management
• Organizing files, paperwork, and important documents
• Travel research and occasional travel arrangements
• Email monitoring and administrative support
• Assisting with special projects as needed
• Light household coordination


Qualifications:

• Previous Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Household Manager, or related experience preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
