Job description

A Day in the Life:

As an Asset Protection Specialist, no two days are ever the same! You'll help protect our people, products, and profits by identifying opportunities to reduce theft, fraud, and operational loss. Using observation skills, technology, and strong partnerships with store leadership, you'll help support a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for our customers and associates.

You'll monitor store activity, support investigations, identify potential risks, and take appropriate action in accordance with company policy and applicable laws. Success in this role comes from sound judgment, attention to detail, strong communication, and a passion for helping others.

What you bring to the table:

  • You are 18 years of age or older.
  • You have experience in retail, customer service, leadership, asset protection, loss prevention, security, military, investigations, or other related fields.
  • You have strong observation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • You remain calm and make sound decisions in fast-paced situations.
  • You enjoy building relationships and working with a variety of people.
  • You put the safety and well-being of yourself and others first.
  • You take pride in your work and approach challenges with a positive attitude.
  • Working in a variety of environments, both inside and outside the store, doesn't faze you.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Asset Protection or Loss Prevention.
