Position Summary...As a key leader in Walmart’s grocery distribution network, you will champion asset protection strategies and operational excellence across our distribution centers. Your focus will be on safeguarding people, property, and products—ensuring the integrity and efficiency of our grocery supply chain from warehouse to store. What you'll do...
  •  Leverage Data & Technology: Use analytics and technology to identify risks, analyze causes, and implement solutions that improve asset protection and operations. Develop dashboards to inform stakeholders.
  • Drive Business Solutions: Recommend and implement strategies for inventory, cold chain, and product integrity challenges. Build business cases supporting Walmart’s grocery goals and cost savings.
  • Ensure Compliance: Support food safety and environmental audits. Enforce policies to meet regulations and integrate best practices.
  • Ensure Employee Health & Safety: Oversee health and safety programs to ensure compliance with OSHA and food safety standards. Coordinate emergency response plans and educate associates on workplace hazards.
  • Drive Process Improvement: Define and refine critical workflows, focusing on efficiency, safety, and product quality. Coach team members in process improvement methodologies to promote continuous improvement.
  • Maintain Operational Excellence: Update and improve SOPs and OBW processes. Identify ways to streamline and boost efficiency.
