Responsibilities

We are seeking an IT Asset and Configuration Management (ITACM) Manager for the CSES contract.

The ITACM Manager manages CCS-managed consolidated assets and configuration items, as well as the processes used to manage those assets and CIs. This role is accountable for asset/configuration data quality, inventory execution, SACM process performance, and integration with related ITSM practices.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience

  • Experience managing assets, configuration items, and underlying processes in a scope requirements of similar size, scope, and complexity.
  • Experience managing annual inventory with a similar size and scope to the PWS requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting government agencies, customers, or contracts within federal environments. This includes the Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), Federal Civil agencies, and military organizations. Prior experience supporting the same or similar contract, with an in-depth understanding of the customer environment, requirements, and operational landscape, is highly desirable.

Certifications

  • ITIL 4 Managing Professional certification, or current equivalent ITIL 4 role-aligned certification; related modules/exams should be stated.

Education

  • Bachelor’s in IT or related field or additional 4 years experience in lieu

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage IT asset and configuration management processes for CCS-managed consolidated assets and CIs.
  • Ensure asset and CI records are accurate, complete, controlled, and aligned with operational, inventory, and configuration management requirements.
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage annual inventory activities with scope comparable to the PWS requirements.
  • Coordinate with desk-side support, deployment, release, change, incident, security, and service management teams to maintain data integrity.
  • Identify gaps in asset/configuration data and implement corrective actions, reconciliation, and reporting improvements.
  • Support reporting, audits, lifecycle management, and accountability for Government-furnished property and IT assets.
