The successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity, reliability, and performance of critical systems, utilizing tools such as Azure DevOps to streamline processes and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive configuration management plan.
  • Establish and maintain a centralized repository for storing configuration items.
  • Utilize Azure DevOps to track, manage, and automate changes to hardware, software, and documentation.
  • Implement a rigorous change control process to evaluate, approve, and implement modifications.
  • Monitor and audit configurations continuously to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Generate detailed reports and analytics to provide insights into configuration trends and identify potential issues.
  • Provide training and support to staff on configuration management best practices and effective use of Azure DevOps.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
