• Current and valid state license as an LCSW-C, LCPC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field; advanced degrees (Master's or Doctorate) in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology are preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster trusting client relationships.
• A strong sense of empathy and a non-judgmental attitude toward clients from all backgrounds.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively balance caseloads and responsibilities.

While the required educational background and licensure are essential, preferred candidates will have experience working in telehealth settings and with diverse populations. Familiarity with specific therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care will be considered an asset.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
