About the Role:

The Assembly/Warehouse Associate 1 plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of warehouse and assembly processes within the organization. This position is responsible for the accuracy, traceability, and quality of aerospace components as they move through marking, assembly, and kitting, while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

The associate will also manage inventory by receiving, storing, and organizing materials and finished goods in the warehouse. Collaboration with team members and supervisors is essential to meet production deadlines and maintain workflow continuity. Ultimately, this role supports the overall supply chain by ensuring timely and accurate assembly and inventory management, contributing to customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Reliability and consistency, this is a process-driven environment
  • High attention to detail and personal accountability
  • Ability to read and follow technical instructions and drawings
  • Comfort working with small parts and precise processes
  • Basic computer skills for entry of information into ERP system
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds regularly.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse experience
  • Experience in aerospace, medical, or other regulated industries

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with shipping/receiving duties as required
  • Clean customer parts per specification
  • Entering customer data into ERP system and issuing jobs to production floor
  • Local drives to vendors/customers and freight drop offs. Occasional drive to sister company in Everett, WA
  • Label, package, and document parts to meet customer and compliance requirements
  • Maintain clean, organized workstations and properly handle tools/equipment
  • Assist with shop duties including but not limited to maintenance, ordering supplies, and using forklift as needed
  • Assist with part assembly and part marking in accordance with customer and industry standards
  • Communicate with production, customers and vendors
