Work requires the knowledge and skills necessary to provide direct consumer services appropriate
to adults with mental health diagnoses and/or addictive diseases diagnosis ages 18+ who are persistently and chronically
mentally ill.
Staff should be able to:
a. Complete all agency and related trainings initially and annually
b. Complete all required assessments with individuals and their families
c. Provide collaborative documentation
d. Keep all credentials and certificates up to date
e. Participate with fellow employees in a respectful and professional manner
f. Abide by productivity standards
g. Follow contract guidelines
h. Demonstrate leadership qualities and characteristics to effectively manage staff and programs

ASSIGNED DUTIES
DESCRIPTION OF WORK DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Employees are expected to perform their work in a competent and
efficient manner.
Duties Include:
Staff will provide Outpatient assessment services (BHA, ARA, and SPD) and therapy In-Person and via telehealth for Dougherty County
Outpatient.
Staff will provide Outpatient assessment services (BHA, ARA, and SPD) and therapy In-Person and via telehealth for
Peer/PSR day program.
Staff will provide Outpatient assessment services (BHA, ARA, and SPD) and therapy In-Person and via telehealth for
Residential programs.
Staff will provide quality collaborative documentation, maintain all required training courses and certifications,
attend all staffing and agency or other required training courses.
Staff will attend staff meetings as required. Staff will be a team player with all programs and staff in the agency.
Staff will maintain productivity as required and complete all other duties as assigned.
