What Youll Do:

  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children ages 221
  • Support skill development in communication, motor skills, social interaction, and self-regulation
  • Implement treatment plans created by BCBAs
  • Collect accurate session data and communicate progress
  • Collaborate closely with a supportive clinical team


What Were Looking For:

  • Active RBT certification (required)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working with children or in ABA
  • CPR/BLS certified (or willing to obtain within 30 days)
  • Valid drivers license and auto insurance
  • Comfortable supporting children with behavioral challenges
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on the floor as needed
  • Reliable, compassionate, and eager to learn
